Hi fellow stroke survivors,
I believe that helping out matters and that sharing information with my neighbors is essential. Blake Hughes, from Outreach Communications at Creditcards.com sent me this email:
I wanted to check in with you in regards to our guide, “Debt Impact on Mental Health: How to Rebuild Your Finances”.
Our guide would be helpful for those with PTSD interested in managing debt while prioritizing proper treatment for their illness.
Please let me know if you decide to link to our free resource and if you have any questions.

I support groups or business who want to make other peoples’ lives more stress free and help manage debt to reduce stress. I hope this helps anyone who follows the link provided above.
My experience on financial matters is limited as my funds are as well (haha). But I feel that it’s a great reminder post these blogs and to live within your means, and make the tough decisions that will put you arms length from financial hardships.
If you’re like me, then you live month to month at timers, and have to budget your money. I’ve figured it out for the most part and am not even bitter about it. It’s just the way you now have to view life. Life has it’s ups and downs and the people who can go with the flow are usually happier overall. Okay, time to get off my soapbox.
